The first mobile suits designed specifically for space combat, the Taurus is much more advanced than the Leo or Aires but is also part of Oz's "Zodiac Project" line of mobile suits and was the first suit to be used as a mobile doll.
The Taurus is able to utilize more powerful weaponry but often overheats if not prepared well for the intensity. In addition, the Taurus can transform to a sleek space shuttle armed with twin beams. This makes it more reliable in battle if cared for correctly.
