Quatre is the charismatic heir of the Winner family, a family known to many as one which controls numerous satellites in space. He displays a sort of class in regard to all around him. He has simple tastes and loves to play his violin.

Arguably too kind for his own good, the pilot of Sandrock is not to be underestimated despite his trait of constant forgiveness. Though he was temporarily rendered mentally unstable after his father's death(Due in part, to the Zero cockpit system)Quatre found himself and tries to make up for his past sins by fighting to save innocent lives.
